Pricing

There are three variables with pricing:

1) Location (are you in my service area?)
2) Size of the home.
3) Condition of the home.

An initial meeting and walkthrough is $30, and can apply towards your first service.

For standard household cleaning services, I have a three-hour minimum for any job. This minimum is $195 for the first three hours. Hours after the first three are priced at $50 per hour.

For heavy cleaning that requires hours of scraping, scrubbing, and handling set-in grime of all sorts, jobs can be priced closer to $65/hr. This all depends on the unique job. Check out the Photo Gallery.

Notes:

Please bear in mind that 35% of what I charge goes directly out to my various taxes, insurance, bonding, top-quality cleaning products, and ongoing business costs.

I am not finished working after I leave a job – all tools and materials used in cleaning each home are unloaded and disinfected and/or laundered, so I can show up at each job with clean materials. Time spent doing that cannot be free.

As my CPA says, “there are easier ways to break even!”

Heavier Cleaning Prices:

Move In/Out: Negotiable case-by-case. Generally from $500 to $2000.

Neglected Spaces: Cleanup after heavy misuse and/or abandonment of interiors including thick grease buildup, heavy mold/mildew, soaked-in food spills or stuck-on grime, found in hoarder-grade cluttered or untouched spaces. Negotiable, typically involving multiple days at up to $1000/day. Neglected spaces take much more time, effort, risk, and product than typical spaces. More details on my Services page.

Organizing Project Prices:

Negotiable case-by-case. Generally $195 to $500 for a very large closet, very large pantry, big array of cabinets, etc, in a single session. Large multi-session projects can be up to $500 to $1000 and up, depending on many variables. Let’s check it out!

Garden Weeding Price:

$50/hour for the first three hours, $40/hour after that.

Travel Time:

$30/hour outside of my service area, and is negotiable case-by-case. I do serve the broader region of Jefferson County, WA, and even into Mason, Clallam, or Kitsap, please inquire.
