Standard Household Interior Cleaning
Typically includes: Dry dusting, counters and backsplashes cleaned, cabinet face dry dusting, kitchen and bathroom surfaces. Appliance faces. Vac and mop all floors.

Standard Deep Cleaning/First Time: Heavier cleaning where I am resetting the baseline of the home’s dirtiest areas. Then the following maintenance cleaning can be fast and direct with a predictable time frame.

WAYS TO SAVE TIME/MONEY

Clear away clutter. You don’t have to do more than put loose countertop items into a cardboard box for the day so I can clean the surfaces beneath. Handling and moving lots of little items before I can clean a surface just eats up time. I can gladly handle clutter, but it takes time away from cleaning.

Switch to liquid hand soap and shower gel, and ditch the bar soap. The same ingredients that keep the soap hard on the counter also keep it hard on the shower walls and floor (and ends up on your body.) Not having to scrape and scrub bar soap scum will save you money by allowing me to much more efficiently scrub showers. This is especially true of glass shower doors. Please consider making this simple change.

This work can include very large closets, very large pantries, big arrays of cabinets, etc. Really helpful! Large multi-session projects are available. Just ask!

Heavier Pro Cleaning Services Available

Move In/Out: Do you manage your own rental or multiple units? Book me to make things perfect for your incoming renter, or to help you get your full deposit back as you leave your rental.

Cleaning Neglected Spaces: This heavy work can include cleanup after misuse and/or abandonment of interiors. This can include thick grease buildup, heavy mold/mildew, soaked-in food spills, pet filth, or stuck-on grime, found in hoarder-grade cluttered or unaddressed spaces. Neglected spaces take much more time, effort, risk, and cleaning products than typical spaces.

Below: Washer and Dryer area before and after cleaning. The appliances were scrubbed, filters and gaskets cleaned, hoses replaced, floor scrubbed. The wall were painted with two coats, and afterwards a carpet remnant was added.
